Once an order has been processed, returns will not be accepted. However, if your item is damaged upon arrival, we do provide refunds in the following ways.

• You may request a full refund.
• You may request a new potion.

To obtain a refund/potion, picture evidence must be provided. If you request a refund, we will pay you in full to either your Venmo or Paypal account. If you request a new potion, this will be sent to you with no additional shipping fees. Each of these options will be completed within 1-2 business days.
